The International Olympic Committee and the Tokyo Olympic Organizer Committee have announced the postponement of the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics on 24 March. The Tokyo Olympics has been postponed for 1 year due to coronavirus. The Tokyo Olympics were scheduled to begin on July 24 this year.
